Individual Therapy


Therapy provides a safe and confidential opportunity for clients to share and talk about their world. My role is to listen and support you.  I work as a psychodynamic integrative therapist, this approach combines different schools of therapeutic thought in a way that is personal to each individuals needs. My approach is based on finding the best way to work with each individual client, my approach includes models from the Humanistic, Psychodynamic, CBT, Emotional Freedom Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Gottman Relationship Approach.
